A. Zialink is a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) created by Bernard Schaer and Judy Jefferies. Residents of Las Vegas for over four years, Jefferies and Schaer recognized a need for quality Internet access in Northern New Mexico, and made substantial investments in state-of-the-art networking facilities. Realizing the public was skeptical of yet another ISP, Schaer approached Ron Doss, owner of Las Vegas's largest and most established computer store, Genesys Computers. The Genesys team, excited about the prospects of ZiaLink, agreed to sell, service and maintain it. In a few short months this united team has produced the most popular ISP in Las Vegas!

A. Zialink offers unlimited 56K dial-up Internet access with up to 6-email accounts. We also offer dedicated lines for power/professional users up to full T1s. We also provide commercial website design and hosting at excellent prices.

Q. What does it cost to become a subscriber?

A. Unlimited monthly access is only $19.95/month! There is a one-time account creation fee of $10. Long-term, senior, and student discounts are available.

Q. Are there any long-term commitments?

A. None, however, the longer you sign-up for, the greater the discount. Pre-paid annual plans can save you more than $60!

Q. Are there any hidden costs using ZiaLink Internet service?

A. None. This is a simple, no-gimmick service. You might incur optional costs by upgrading your modem, installing additional phone lines, etc. but since Zialink is 100% local, you NEVER pay long distance calls for our service.

Q. What if I have problems?

A. The Zialink team has taken every measure possible to make setting up your computer fast and easy. We provide simple instructions, a one-click installation program, and local technical support from 10-10, M-F.

Q. Do you promise NO BUSY signals?

A. NO. This is a promise ISP's can't keep. However, with 10 T1's expandable to much more, we have designed the most accommodating infrastructure in town.
